2011 Calendar Contest

Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Don’t Wait — Grab Your Cameras!

The Foundation's 6th Annual Calendar Contest has begun. Don't delay - the deadline for photo submissions is September 15, 2010. Calendars will be available for purchase in time for the 2010 / 2011 winter holidays!

How does it work? Submit a photo of your child with the 22q11.2 deletion for a chance that he or she will be chosen as a “child of the month” in the Foundation’s  2011 Calendar Fundraiser! (Alternatively, the photo may be used to complement any given month.)

To Enter:

Complete and sign a photo release form, then email it, along with your photo, to the Foundation at info@22q.org

Alternatively, you can send the photo and / or release form by surface mail to the Foundation at:

Please make sure you indicate your child's name on the photo, as well as your name and contact information in case we need to get in touch with you.

Photos will not be returned and must be postmarked or emailed by September 15, 2010.
Winning photos will be chosen by an independent marketing agency.

Buy a Birthday! In addition to the photo contest, you can acknowledge your child's special day on our beautiful 2011 calendar. The Foundation will include an acknowledgement (first name only) on your child's calendar month. To buy a birthday, send a check for $25.00 (US), payable to The International 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome Foundation, to the address above. Don't forget to indicate your child's name and date of birth. Proceeds go to support the work of the Foundation.
